Throughout the year, the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers workshops and sessions to encourage learning and understanding about our communities, foster inclusion in the health care environment and gain valuable knowledge about health issues facing our diverse populations.
Workshops and sessions regularly provided at the College of Medicine-Phoenix are also available to other colleges on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus and to the college's affiliates. The University of Arizona offers leadership and executive coaching services with experienced Senior Leadership Advisor and Director of Leadership & Organizational Development, Diane Brennan. Having internal coaches within UA HR allows Senior Leaders to opt into coaching without incurring a significant expense.

UAHS has secured an unlimited number of licenses for an online, self-paced, three-part medical Spanish course for students, residents, faculty, and staff. This course is offered free of charge.
The Imagine Academy is a subscription-based membership program designed to help academic institutions offer students and faculty learning solutions for IT skills training and certification as well as technology essentials for professionals. This is a FREE service offered to current UA students, faculty and staff at all campus locations.
